I was not medically insured and after I found out about my bad heart I spent sleepless nights wondering what to do. For the last one year, my family had been looking for hospitals in US but the high costs of surgery always left us without any hope. Then my friend suggested that I talk to MedTrava. When I approached them, one thing that made the biggest impression on me was their total devotion and commitment towards their patients and work. They guided me to India. My husband and I were very apprehensive at first but then after talking to the surgeons we decided to go ahead. Even though I am familiar with India, I was very impressed with the how the healthcare system had evolved. The hospital was spotlessly clean and I was overwhelmed by the response of the surgeons, the nursing staff and administration. I was also concerned about who would treat me if I needed follow-up care in the US. Fortunately, everything has worked well and if needed I can still access my surgeon back in India. In fact, I still have his cell phone number and can call him anytime I want.

It's been excellent; I think, much superior to what I would have received in Georgia.

Thanks to MedTrava and India I am living a healthy life again! More than me, my husband and my children and relieved to have me in good health. I am happy to be able to live long enough to enjoy my grandchildren.
